Good grief has this little slice of me time been neglected! I had a couple of posts scheduled to publish, but for some reason they never did... That is oh so annoying! I guess I will get them up eventually...
Exhaustion has set in so for now I will dish my readers digest version of the last, oh almost 2 weeks...
Easter was FAB! Pics are still on camera and I can not bear the thought of downloading them at the moment...
Spring Break Sucked... well we did make the most of it, but on a scale of 1-10 I'd rate it a 3... Jason called as we were traveling to inform me he was so sick he was sure he was dying... Within hours of arriving at the beach both of my children were running fevers. Spent first and only warm day at the urgent care. (Diagnoses: Strep and double ear infections) Madison continued to run high fevers all week. My friend's adopt a child caught said sickness... Each day I began to feel a little bit bad... By Thursday I had a raging sinus infection and was the lucky recipient of a BIG BURNING shot in my ass and a bunch of antibiotics. The doc who treated me also saw my minis and asked how they were... He asked me to bring Mad back on the down low (personally I think doc boy liked me... I kid... well a little) so he could make sure she was ok... After sneaking in to see doc, by passing all the millions of sickies in the waiting room, a chest x ray, a shot of antibiotics in BOTH legs, and three Popsicles because Mad is "so sinking cute" later; her illness was unknown, but hey I skirted a fourth co-pay in 3 days so lets give a sarcastic woo-hoo! (5 if you count Jason's)
My head raged the whole drive home. I sat in traffic.
Jason and I BOTH forgot our 17th anniversary... Only remembering on Sunday, a day late, when we finally checked the mail and a card was there from my adopt-a-fam...
There is the short version. Some fun stuff has gone on and I have some pics and stories to share, but for now I must sleep. I slept 3 and a half hours last night, got my kids off to school, walked to and from the library (a VERY LONG WALK in 90 degree temps)with Ant's class, pried my eyes open during soccer practice, and managed to give the kidlets baths and stories... So, I am off to join my minis in dreamland!

Happy Anniversary and i hope everyone starts feeling better soon!
