How cute is he? He's got wheels and places to go! The tongue just helps him get there faster!;) (my sons used to do that when they were concentrating really hard, I'd ask them... they'd say "it helps me do it better") tee hee

The tongue helps kids concentrate, not sure what it is...helps with balance maybe? :)
