Tonight....

was Madison's first recital practice. I will admit, I have been a little nervous that she would be afraid on stage, cry, and want me. She surprised me though. I sat in the theater and she did her thing on stage. Once her spot was marked she stayed there and returned there. She tippy toed to the front of the stage, hammed it up, and did a little curtsy then shashe'd her way right back to her mark.

We got to see some of the teen girls do a lyrical piece and Madison was captivated! It was neat to watch her. When they were finished she was leaping around the auditorium....

Friday is her dress rehearsal and she'll have portraits taken. Then Saturday is the BIG night! lol....

Jason and I are crazy excited. I keep hearing her sing the songs and do the dances.... Saturday should be interesting and.....

AMUSING! :)

SO cute! Good for her - Evie totally froze up when she did her one and only recital - we haven't danced since!

BTW - I know you have the lemonade stand award already, but I left it for you again today at my blog. Just wanted to show my appreciation :-)

Have a great day!

So cute! Z fell down at dance lessons today (running in tap shoes) and now she has a giant goose egg on her forehead and a bruise on her nose. Pretty.
