A few weeks ago, the wind caught our storm door and one of the hinges broke.... Jason has not fixed it yet.... go figure! Since its broken the door will just fling open past the normal stopping point.
Last night the kids were on the porch, my hand were full from diaper bags, wallets, juice cups, raggies, and keys. I tried to hold the storm door with my foot as I shut the front door, but I was unsuccessful. A slight breeze blew, flung open the door, and the center of the door smacked Anthony directly on the forehead! In slow motion I heard him scream, stumble back, fall OFF the porch, and land on top of the bare sticks fro our Crepe Myrtle! Once I realized he was not impaled, I fell out laughing! It was soo comical! He was not too happy with my laughter but what can I do!
As soon as Jason got home from work, Anthony said"You need to fix dat door Daddy! It hurt you all time!!" Of course that was met with more of my giggles!

oh poor thing. I am glad he wasn't hurt. I am sure he was not happy with your laughter. Cameron doesn't like it when I do it either.
As for the brinks sign, is it better to go Brinks or the other one (can't remember name but it is three letters beginning with A.) Cary and I are calling to have one installed. Let me know please.

lmao, I dont know whats the best part....the crime itself of Anthony telling Jason to fix it.
HAHA I'm glad he wasn't hurt because I was laughing while reading!
Why is it so hard to get our husbands off their butts to fix things? I also find that my husbands 'fixing' isn't always very legit! :D
LOL :) I'm sure your hubby a/k/a "Mr. Fix It" will repair the door on his next day off from work.
There is a lot of wisdom from that bang on the head :).
Poor Anthony! Katie would have been mad at me too for laughing at her.
Isn't it hard not to laugh sometimes when someone falls?? Even when it's our kiddos lol.
Glad he wasn't hurt and I sure hope Jason fixed the door!
