Totally fell off! But, I think I can say I am almost all the way back on! Every pound I lost seems to be back (grr), because I have been eating terrible and exercise has been non existent since right before we left for Disney... However, this past week I have worked out 5 of the 7 days, so its a start! I now have to get back to eating a little better. I at least need to eliminate eating after 8 and stop all my snacking... Wish me luck!
