I just want to add....
I am very thankful and grateful for the help Madison is getting with her speech. Our speech lady is FANTASTIC! The woman who came today's job is to hook me up with activities / groups in the community, but I am already active in a lot of groups so it is pointless and useless for me. I do appreciate all the help o-3 has given my family thus far... (I just hate these stupid pointless meetings!)

Well... she is being unprofessional so I believe you have every right to be disgusted with the situation. The appointment is about you, your family, and the needs you may have... not about her.
That is just horribly wrong on so many levels.
It seems different countries, different cultures, we really can decide things in the same understanding of the difference!
